OBE模式下的民法总论课程教学模式改革

The Reform on the Course Teaching Mode of General Civil Law under OBE Mode

OBE理念对于很多专业来说是一个较新的理念,目前在我国的应用主要集中在工程学领域。2017年10月26日,教育部印发了《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》,在笔者看来是OBE理念在另一个领域广泛应用的标志。该理念强调以学生的学习成果为导向设计和组织教学,对人才培养的目标提出了更高的要求,更能适应社会的需求。本文从OBE模式概述、OBE模式下的课程内容选择、OBE模式下的教学方法选择三个方面,介绍了《民法总论》课程围绕该理念进行的改革和尝试。

The concept of OBE is a relatively new concept for many majors. At present, its application in China is mainly in the field of engineering. On October 26, 2017, the ministry of education issued the implementation measures(interim) for the certification of normal majors in ordinary institutions of higher learning, which, in the author’s opinion, is a symbol of the wide application of the OBE concept in another field. This concept emphasizes the student-oriented learning outcome design and teaching organization, and puts forward higher requirements for the goal of talent training, which can better meet the needs of the society. This paper introduces the reform and attempt of general introduction of civil law from three aspects: OBE mode overview, OBE mode course content selection, and OBE mode teaching method selection.
