提升公安院校实战能力的教学路径研究

Research on the Teaching Path to Improve the Practical Ability of Police Colleges

公安招录体制改革对公安院校培养目标产生重要影响,对公安应用型人才的培养规格提出了新的要求,突出了实战应用能力的培养。为适应这些新变化,公安院校应当以实践教学为基本路径,通过促进实践教学制度保障、完善实践教学课程体系、构建实践教学师资保障、探索实践教学合作机制,增强学生实战教学的参与力度,促进提高学生实战能力的培养。

The reform of police recruitment system has an important impact on the training objectives of the police colleges, and puts forward new requirements for education of the application-oriented talents of the police to highlight the training of practical application ability. In order to adapt to these new changes, the police colleges should take practical teaching as the basic path to construct the practical teaching faculty guarantee and explore the practical teaching cooperation mechanism to enhance the students’ participation in practical teaching and promote the cultivation of students’ practical ability.
