新时期“五位一体”总体布局的特征与工人阶级新使命

On the Characteristics of the Overall Layout of “Five in One” in the New Era and the New Mission of Working Class

党的十九大报告明确指出中国特色社会主义事业总体布局是“五位一体”,工人阶级应当肩负起这一历史使命。从新时期“五位一体”总体布局的特征入手,分析“五位一体”的思想性、人民性、现实性、先进性与科学性,并提出“五位一体”总体布局中工人阶级的新使命,即在经济建设层面重视质量与创新、在政治建设层面加强民主建设、在文化建设层面创造文化品格、在社会建设层面促进劳动关系和谐发展、在生态建设层面节能减排与植树造林。

The report of the 19th National Congress clearly points out that“five in one”is the overall layout of socialism cause with Chinese characteristics,and this historical mission should be shouldered by the working class.This paper discusses the five characteristics regarding the overall layout of“five in one”in the new era,that is,ideology,humanity,reality,advancement and scientific nature,and puts forward the new mission of the working class in the overall layout of“five in one”:attaching importance to quality and innovation at the level of economic construction,strengthening democratic construction at the level of political construction,creating cultural character at the level of cultural construction,promoting harmonious development of labor relations at the level of social construction,and saving energy,reducing emissions and taking afforestation at the level of ecological construction.
