Clinical Outcomes of Transarticular Cannula Screw Fixation for Lisfranc Joint Injuries

目的:探讨经关节空心拉力螺钉固定治疗Lisfranc损伤的疗效。方法:采用经关节空心拉力螺钉治疗30例Lisfranc损伤,观察手术前后VAS疼痛评分和AOFAS评分足部功能恢复情况。结果:本组30例均获随访,随访时间8~22个月,平均10.6个月。骨折均获骨性愈合,愈合时间10~16周,平均11周。VAS评分术前5.6±2.3,恢复至末次随访时2.3±2.4(P<0.05)。AOFAS评分术前56.6±8.5,恢复至末次随访时86.2±3.6(P<0.05)。其中优11足,良15足,可4足,优良率86.7%。结论:经关节空心拉力螺钉固定可能对治疗Lisfranc损伤有一定的疗效,确切的结果需要进一步的研究验证。

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of transarticular screw fixation for Lisfranc joint injuries. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 30 patients with Lisfranc joint injuries who underwent open reduction and transarticular screw fixation. The clinical outcomes were evaluated according to American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score and visual analogue scale (VAS) score. Results All patients were followed up for 8 to 22 months (average of 10.6 months). X-ray films showed fracture healing upon 10 to 16 weeks (average of 11 weeks). At last follow-up, AOFAS score was from 56.6±8.5 to 86.2±3.6, and VAS score was from 5.6±2.3 to 2.3±2.4, respectively. There was significant difference in these two scores. These results were excellent in 11 cases, good in 15 cases, and fair in 4 cases with an excellent and good rate of 86.7%. Conclusion Transarticular screw fixation for Lisfranc joint injuries may have satisfactory results. The exact results should be confirmed by further clinical research.
