摘要
根据2500t多工位压力机滑块的结构特点及设备强度和刚度要求,采用有限元分析方法对滑块内部筋板进行优化,在确保设备安全的前提下进行结构改进。
In consideration of requirement of the 2 500 t transfer press's slide in term of the structure, strength and rigidity, a finite-element analysis technique conducted optimization to the ribs inside the slide in order to improve the structure under precondition of assuring itssafety.
