Renovation of Drag Test Bench Couplings for Wind Turbines

针对3MW直驱风力发电机对拖试验台联轴器补偿不足导致的试验台振动问题,将库存的轧机主联轴器应用到发电机对拖实验台上。经过校核,证明改造的联轴器能够满足对拖试验台要求,并最终通过实际检验。

The couplings for steel millsapplication were renovated applicable for the drag test bench of wind turbines in order to solve the vibration problem caused by insufficient compensation to the couplings by 3 MWdirect-drive wind turbine. After being calibrated, therenovated couplings can worksuccessfully onthedragtestbench and passthe actualtests.
