摘要
针对电容近炸引信铅酸电池长储性能研究空白、性能变化不明确的问题,在介绍电池机构、激活作用过程和化学反应机理的基础上,对经5,6,7,8,9,14年工厂库房自然储存的全备引信中电池部件的高温、常温、低温状态下的放电性能进行了检测。试验结果表明,电池高低温情况下的放电性能变化趋势一致,即随着储存时间的增加电池的激活时间略有增加;最高电压有所下降,工作寿命和电压波动幅值变化不大,电压噪声个别不符合要求,经分析属试验环境引起的单脉冲噪声,电池本身无失效;另外,随温度的升高激活时间有所减小,最高电压和工作寿命略有增加。
Aiming at the problem of blank storage performance and unclear performance change of lead-acid battery of capacitance proximity fuze, based on the introduction of battery mechanism, activation process and chemical reaction mechanism, the discharge performance of the battery components in the full-preset fuzes stored naturally in the factory warehouse at 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 14 years are tested at high temperature, normal temperature, and low temperature. The test results show that the discharge performance of the battery under high and low temperature is consistent, that is, the battery activation time increases slightly with the increase of storage time;the highest voltage decreases, and the working life and voltage fluctuation amplitude do not change much. The voltage noise does not meet the requirements individually. The analysis is a single-pulse noise caused by the test environment, and the battery itself has no failure. In addition, the activation time decreases with increasing temperature, and the maximum voltage and working life increase slightly.
