一种丘陵地区水肥一体化灌溉模式设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对中国丘陵地区的农业灌溉难度大,模式单一的现状,在传统的水肥一体化灌溉模式下,设计一种基于施肥机“后进前出”安装方案的丘陵地区水肥一体化灌溉模式。利用SolidWorks进行施肥机安装方案的三维结构设计建模,采用FLoEFD软件对其工作情况进行仿真模拟,分析该方案下水肥一体化施肥机对水源吸入及水肥混合液稳定输出的效果。在田间性能试验中,该灌溉模式下能够有效实现水肥一体化灌溉,且施肥机在停止运作状态时,亦可进行作物水源灌溉,相比传统采用的灌溉模式,能够实现对灌溉设施的有效利用。 In view of the status quo of agricultural irrigation in hilly regions of China,under the traditional water and fertilizer integrated irrigation model,a water and fertilizer integrated irrigation model based on the "back-in and front-out"installation scheme of fertilizer applicators was designed. And SolidWorks was used to carry out three-dimensional structural design of fertilizer applicator installation program,using FLoEFD software to simulate the work situation,verify the effectiveness of the program under the water and fertilizer integrated fertilizer applicator for water inhalation and water and fertilizer mixture stable output. In the experiment,under the irrigation mode,when the fertilizer applicator stopped operating,the crop water source irrigation can also be performed.Compared with the traditionally used irrigation mode,the irrigation facility can be effectively used.
