摘要
苏里格气田西区属于典型的低渗透气藏,随着气田的持续开发,集气站建站周期长、占地面积大、工艺流程复杂、维护内容繁杂等问题突出,为适应气田低成本、高质量发展要求,新型的集气站一体化集成装置应运而生。针对苏里格气田西区集输特点,结合苏47-3集气站改扩建工艺要求,详细介绍了一体化集成装置的使用功能及特点,通过苏47-3集气站现场运行情况,评价工艺流程的优化及应用效果,分析存在的问题及下步运行建议。现场生产运行证明,一体化集成装置满足生产需要,适应气田滚动开发、高质量建设的要求。
The western part of Sulige Gas Field belongs to typical low-permeability gas reservoir. With the continuous development of the gas field, the problems such as long construction period, large floor space, complicated process flow and complicated maintenance are prominent in the construction of gas gathering stations. In order to meet the requirements of low cost and high quality development of the gas field, the new integrated equipment of gas gathering station is applied. According to the characteristics of gathering and transportation in the western part of Sulige Gas Field, combined with the technological requirements for the reconstruction and expansion of Su 47-3 gas gathering station, the application functions and characteristics of the integrated equipment are introduced in detail. Through the field operation of Su 47-3 gas gathering station, the optimization and application effect of the technological process are evaluated, and the existing problems and suggestions for the next operation are analyzed. The field production and operation proves that the integrated equipment meets the production needs and adapts to the requirements of rolling development and high quality construction of the gas field.
