摘要
稠油热力开采过程中,为了进行连续管井下测试以掌握井下温度和压力数据并实现温压调控,需在井口配套相应的悬挂密封装置。针对原有的连续管井口密封器存在的问题,结合稠油热采井口装置高温高压工况(14MPa,240℃),研制适合Φ19mm、Φ32mm的紧凑型连续管井口悬挂密封器。采用Solidworks进行实体建模,利用Workbench软件进行模拟分析,进行应力应变校核。通过室内和现场试验,验证了该装置的可靠性。
In the process of heavy oil thermal recovery, in order to carry out the continuous tube downhole test to grasp and understand the downhole temperature and pressure, so as to achieve temperature and pressure regulation, the corresponding wellhead suspension sealing device for the continuous tube is needed. Aimed at the problem existing in the original wellhead sealing device for the continuous tube, the compact suspension sealing device for wellhead continuous tube was developed, which is suitable for Φ19 mm or Φ32 mm continuous tube and wellhead working conditions of 14 MPa and 240 ℃. The Solidworks software was applied to establish the modeling of the device and the Workbench software was applied to conduct simulation analysis and stress/strain check. The indoor and field experiments have verified the reliability of the device.
