全尺寸管道轴向疲劳试验机夹具的设计与分析

摘要 全尺寸管道轴向疲劳试验机主要用于各类型海底管道的轴向疲劳试验,试验机的夹具是全尺寸管道轴向疲劳试验机关键部件。介绍了试验机夹具的特点,采用有限元软件ANSYS分析了夹具中螺栓和夹头在20000kN作用力下的力学特性,并对静力强度和疲劳寿命进行了校核,结果表明夹具的最大应力低于材料的抗拉强度,疲劳寿命满足设计要求,验证了夹具的可靠性,为全尺寸管道轴向疲劳试验夹具设计提供了依据。 The full-scale pipeline axial fatigue testing machine is mainly used for the axial fatigue test of various types of submarine pipelines, and the fixture of the testing machine is the key component of the full-scale pipeline axial fatigue testing machine. This paper introduces the characteristics of the fixture of the testing machine, analyzes the mechanical properties of the bolt and chuck in the fixture under the force of 20 000 kN by using the finite element software ANSYS, and checks the static strength and fatigue life. The results show that the maximum stress of the fixture is lower than the tensile strength of the material, and the fatigue life meets the design requirements. The reliability of the fixture is verified, which provides a basis for the design of the axial fatigue test fixture for full-scale pipelines.
