摘要
“合作育人”是地方高校深化人才培养模式改革的重要途径。开放式的人才培养,基于资源共建的多元协同,重视学生实践能力和综合素质提高是合作育人模式的特征。地方高校通过与企业、行业、科研院所等用人单位和社会各方面的广泛合作,可以有效提升学生的就业率。由于诸多内外条件的限制,当前的多元主体开展合作育人面临着一些现实问题,迫切需要从育人模式、实践领域、管理体制和教育质量评价体系等方面加以完善。
Cooperative education is an important way for local universities to deepen the reform of talent cultivation mode. The cooperative education mode has the characteristics including open talent cultivation, multiple cooperation based on co-construction of resources, and attaching importance to the improvement of students’ practical ability and comprehensive quality. Local colleges and universities can effectively improve the employability of students through extensive cooperation with employers, enterprises, research institutions, and other aspects of the society. Due to the limitations of many internal and external conditions, the current multi-subject cooperative education still faces some practical problems, and it is urgent to improve it from the aspects of the education mode, the practice field, the management system and the education quality evaluation system.
