师范生师德教育胜任力模型的构建——以成都师范学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 普通教师的师德研究在我国已开展得较为深入,而针对师范生的师德研究却鲜有涉及。以成都师范学院为例,通过访谈法、问卷调查法对相关要素进行筛选,得到了师范生师德胜任力特征表。进而利用因子分析法,构建了适合师范生自身特色的师德教育胜任力模型。为深入了解地方师范院校的师范生师德教育的内涵及培养定位奠定了基础。 Research on ordinary teachers’ professional ethics has been carried out intensively in our country, but the research on normal school students’ professional ethics is seldom involved in. By taking Chengdu Normal University as an example, by means of interviews and questionnaires to screen the relevant elements, the competency table of normal school students’ professional ethics is obtained. And then, by using factor analysis method, a competency model of teachers’ professional ethics education for normal school students is constructed. It lays a foundation for further understanding the connotation and training orientation of teachers’ professional ethics education for local normal colleges and universities.
