摘要
为了制定促进新建地方普通本科师范学院教师科研水平提升的策略,文章采用问卷调查方法,以成都师范学院为对象,通过对教师在科研重要性的认识、科研动机、科研时间投入、科研发展制约因素、科研优势以及科研需求等方面现状调查的基础上,针对学校教师对科研重要性的认识和态度、科研能力的自信不够、学校科研环境、科研时间投入较少等问题,提出了以学科建设为龙头加强科研环境建设,以进一步加强教师科研意识;优化教学科研管理,提升教师科研能力;突破思维,鼓励发明创新、成果转化等促进教师科研发展的策略。
In order to make strategies for promoting teachers’ scientific research development in newly-built local normal colleges and universities, by taking Chengdu Normal University as the subject, a questionnaire is applied to investigate into the present situation of teachers’ understanding of the importance of scientific research, the motivation for doing scientific research, the time investment in scientific research, the limitations on the development of scientific research, the advantages of scientific research, and the demands of scientific research. The results show that teachers’ cognition of and attitude to the importance of scientific research are not enough, they show inadequate self-confidence in their scientific research abilities, and the investment of time and environment in scientific research is not enough. Therefore, strategies are proposed to promote teachers’ scientific research development. First, discipline construction should be given the leading role to push the improvement of the scientific research environment in order to further strengthen teachers’ research consciousness. Second, the management level of teaching and research should be optimized to promote teachers’ scientific research abilities. In addition, colleges and universities should break the thinking set to encourage teachers to innovate and to put their scientific results into the market.
