拉普拉斯算法在荧光靶光斑位置测量中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 在同步辐射光源中,荧光靶探测器是一种重要的光斑观测装置,通过荧光靶图像可以对光斑位置进行测量,但光斑弥散导致图像中光斑的边缘变模糊,会对测量结果带来一定影响。为了提高荧光靶探测器的准确性,本文使用拉普拉斯算子对荧光靶图像进行增强处理,再结合图像的阈值分割法找到光斑的边缘位置,从而实现对光斑的定位。经测试,该方法能准确地从图像中提取光斑并计算光斑的中心位置,比用canny算子方法界定的光斑边缘更接近实际情况,对提高荧光靶探测器的位置测量分辨率有一定的帮助。 [Background] Fluorescence screen detector is an important spot position measuring device. The position of the spot is mainly measured by the fluorescent screen image. However, due to the dispersion of the spot, the edge of the spot in the image becomes blurred, which will affect the position measurement.[Purpose] This study aims to improve the accuracy of spot position measurement.[Methods] The Laplacian operator was used to enhance the fluorescent screen image, and then the threshold segmentation method was applied to finding the edge position of the spot. Accuracy comparison of this approach with canny edge detection algorithm was performed on a real fluorescent spot image.[Results] Test results show that this method can be used to accurately locate the spot position from fluorescent image with better accuracy compared with canny algorithm.[Conclusions] Laplace enhancement can be applied to improving position measurement resolution of fluorescence screen detector.
