摘要
以郴州某冶炼厂为例,介绍了富氧熔炼技术在银冶炼回收系统中处理阳极泥、贵铅和铋渣中的应用。通过与普通熔炼技术进行对比,对富氧熔炼各项工艺技术指标进行分析,结果表明富氧熔炼技术在银冶炼过程中运用效果较好,能降低成本,提高银、铋等金属直收率和回收率。
Taking a smelting plant in chenzhou as an example,this paper introduces the application of oxygen-rich smelting technology in treating anode mud,lead and bismuth slag in silver smelting recovery system. Through comparison with the common smelting technology,the results show that the oxygen-rich smelting technology has a good effect in the silver smelting process,and can reduce the cost and increase the direct yield and recovery of silver, bismuth and other metals.
