Dairy Processing Enterprises and Supermarket’s Willingness to Implement Quality Collaborative Control Behavior in Supply Chain

超市与乳品加工企业实施质量协同控制对保障乳品质量安全尤为重要。依据“经营能力、内部动力、外部推力、合作伙伴关系—中间合力—协同意愿”分析框架,利用全国10省份750家超市问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型确定超市质量协同控制行为实施意愿影响因素,并分析其作用机理。结果表明,经营能力、内部动力、外部推力和合作伙伴关系不仅直接影响,还通过中间合力间接影响超市质量协同控制行为实施意愿,按影响程度高低依次为经营能力、外部推力、合作伙伴关系和内部动力。因此,政府应努力提升超市管理者认知水平,严格准入标准和健全法规体系,引导消费者形成科学健康消费理念,以增强超市实施质量协同控制行为意愿和能力,改善质量协同控制行为,提高乳品质量安全水平。

The implementation of quality coordination control between supermarket and dairy processing enterprises was particularly important to ensure the quality and safety of dairy products. Based on the analysis framework of "business ability, internal driving force, external thrust, partnershipintermediate synergy-collaborative will", and questionnaire data from 750 supermarkets in 10 provinces, the structural equation model was used to determine the significant influencing factors of the implementation intention of quality control behavior in supermarkets, and the interaction mechanism between the influencing factors was analyzed. The results showed that the business ability, internal driving force, external driving force and partnership had significant direct and indirect influence on the cooperative control behavior of supermarket quality. And the biggest impact was on business capacity, followed by external thrust, partnerships and internal dynamics. Therefore, the government should strive to improve the cognitive level of supermarket managers, strict access standards and improve the regulatory system, guide consumers to form a scientific and healthy consumption concept, so as to enhance the willingness and ability of supermarkets to implement quality collaborative control behavior, improve the quality collaborative control behavior of supermarkets, and improve the quality and safety level of dairy products.
