底铅真空控氧氧化法深度除锑 被引量:2

摘要 含锑约15%的底铅是处理脆硫铅锑矿过程中的一种副产品。电解精炼是处理底铅生产金属铅的主要方法,但由于底铅含锑高,导致该方法存在能耗高、电解效率低以及后续处理高锑阳极泥难度大、成本高等缺点。针对这一问题,开展采用真空控氧氧化法实现底铅深度除锑研究。重点研究了熔体温度、真空处理时间、空气流速对除锑效果的影响,以及蒸出物中PbO含量的变化规律。结果表明,在温度为933K、真空处理时间为210min、空气流速为3L/min的条件下,底铅中的锑含量可由14.37%降至0.38%,锑去除率>97%,副产品冷凝物中PbO含量<1%。 The bottom lead containing about 15% antimony is a by-product in the treatment of jamesonite. Electrolytic refining is the main method to produce metal lead from bottom lead. However, due to the high antimony content in bottom lead, this method has the disadvantages of high energy consumption, low electrolytic efficiency, difficulty and high cost in subsequent treatment of high antimony anode slime. Aiming at this problem, the deep antimony removal of bottom lead by vacuum oxygen-controlled oxidation was studied. The effects of melt temperature, vacuum treatment time and air flow rate on antimony removal were studied, as well as the variation of PbO content in the evaporated products. The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 933 K, vacuum treatment time of 210 min and air flow rate of 3 L/min , the antimony content in the bottom lead can be reduced from 14.37% to 0.38%, the antimony removal rate is more than 97%, and the lead oxide content in the by-product condensate is less than 1%.
