仿生物电技术辅助治疗卵巢癌根治术后患者对疼痛、胃肠功能及性功能的影响 被引量:18

Effects of Simulated Bioelectricity on Postoperative Pain, Gastrointestinal Function and Sexual Function in Patients with Ovarian Cancer after Radical Resection

摘要 目的 探讨仿生物电技术辅助治疗卵巢癌根治术后患者对疼痛、胃肠功能及性功能的影响。方法 选取卵巢癌根治术96例作为研究对象,根据术后不同辅助治疗方法将其分为观察组和对照组两组各48例。观察组在术后常规治疗和护理基础上采用仿生物电技术治疗,对照组仅采用术后常规治疗和护理。观察比较两组术后疼痛、胃肠道功能恢复、性功能情况及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 两组组内术后不同时间视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)评分总体比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随时间延长,两组VAS评分均呈现逐渐降低趋势,术后6、12、24h两组组内两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后12和24hVAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间和首次排便时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后治疗后两组阴道动态压力、盆底Ⅰ类和盆底Ⅱ类纤维肌力均较术后治疗前上升;术后治疗后观察组阴道动态压力、盆底Ⅰ类和盆底Ⅱ类纤维肌力以及术后治疗后3个月观察组性功能恢复总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 术后常规治疗和护理基础上仿生物电技术治疗卵巢癌根治术后患者与单纯术后常规治疗和护理相比较,可减轻术后疼痛情况,改善胃肠功能及性功能,且不良反应发生率较低。 Objective To analyze the effect of simulated bioelectricity on postoperative pain, gastrointestinal function and sexual function in patients with ovarian cancer (OC) after radical resection. Methods A total of 96 patients with OC who underwent radical surgery were selected as subjects, and divided into control group ( n =48) and observation group ( n =48) according to different treatment methods. The patients in the control group were treated by conventional postoperative treatment and care, and those in the observation group were treated by simulated bioelectricity on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing. Postoperative pain, gastrointestinal function recovery, sexual function and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores between the two groups at different time points after surgery. After surgery, the VAS scores of the two groups were gradually decreased with time, and there were significantly difference in VAS scores between the two groups bwtween two different time points (at 6, 12, and 24h after surgery, P <0.05). And the VAS scores of the observation group at 12 h and 24 h were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The recovery time of bowel sounds, first anal exhaust time and first defecation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group ( P <0.05). Vaginal dynamic pressure, and pelvic floor Ⅰand Ⅱ fiber strength after treatment in both groups were rising, which, along with total effective rate of sexual function recovery, were better in observation group than in the control group ( P <0.05). During treatment, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment and care alone, simulated bioelectricity on the basis of conventional treatment and care in patients with ovarian cancer (OC) after radical resection is more effective in reducing postoperative pain and improving gastrointestinal function and sexual function in patients with OC after radical resection. In addition, it has a lower incidence of adverse reactions.
