摘要
探讨了二氢杨梅素对大鼠血中乙醇浓度的影响。将SD大鼠随机分为对照组和给药组,于给予乙醇前分别灌胃生理盐水和二氢杨梅素混悬液,采用顶空进样气相色谱法测定不同时间点大鼠血中的乙醇含量。二氢杨梅素预防给药可以明显降低血中乙醇浓度。二氢杨梅素具有一定的防醉酒解酒能力。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanism for anti-drunk and anti-inebriationn of dihydromyricetin. METHORD Rats were randomly divided into drug group and control group. Normal saline and dihydromyricetin suspension were given respectively before gastric ethanol, Ethanol content in blood of rats at different time points was determined by gas chromatography. RESULTS Dihydromyricetin can significantly reduce blood alcohol concentration. CONCLUSION Dihydromyricetin has certain anti - intoxication and antialcoholism ability.
