17β-雌二醇制备

摘要 17β-雌二醇主要采用雌酚酮经还原制备而得,通过Design-expert软件对17β-雌二醇的制备工艺进行优化,对反应过程的关键参数进行确认,筛选出最优的工艺条件:硼氢化钾加入量为1.38当量,反应温度为40~45℃,反应时间为3h,结晶时间为3h。 17beta-estradiol is mainly prepared by reduction of estrone. The preparation process of 17beta-estradiol is optimized by Design-Expert software. The experimental results are evaluated, the key parameters of the reaction process are confirmed, and the optimum technological conditions are selected: the amount of potassium borohydride is 1.38 equivalent. The reaction temperature is 40-45℃, the reaction time is 3 h and the crystallization time is 3 h.
