摘要
通过对上海石化2#硫磺装置、3#硫磺装置尾气脱硫改造项目的技术和运行情况分析,阐述了烟气杂质、硫磺装置运行状态等对脱硫装置的影响,首次提出甲烷对CEMS分析结果的干扰及解决方案,为同类型硫磺装置尾气的净化提供了技术、设计和运行参考。
This paper introduce design and operation of the tail gas desulfurization unit of 2# and 3# Sulfur Recovery Unit(SRU) of Shanghai Petrochemical Company,The influence of flue gas impurities and operation status of sulfur unit on desulfurization unit is described. The interference of methane on the results of CEMS analysis and its solution are put forward for the first time, which provides technical, design and operation reference for the purification of tail gas from the same type of sulfur unit.
