Mastocytosis: pathogenesis and treatment

2016年WHO更新了肥大细胞增生症(mastocytosis,MC)的分型和诊断标准,一些方法已经得到验证并应用于临床,包括:酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,单克隆抗体靶向治疗,细胞减灭术,造血干细胞移植等。本文对该病的分型、发病机制、目前常用和新兴治疗方法进行综述。

The classification and diagnosis of mastocytosis(MC)were renovated by WHO in 2016.Some new therapies have been used in treating MC,such as tyrosine kinase inhibitor,monoclonal antibody targeted therapy,cell reduction,hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,etc.The classification,pathogenesis,the common and new therapies are reviewed in this article.
