蛋白质组学研究在炎症性肠病中的应用

The application of proteomics in inflammatory bowel disease

目前临床上暂无得到公认的且广泛开展的炎症性肠病生物学标志物,利用蛋白质组学技术寻找疾病临床标志物在肿瘤性疾病中的应用一直是研究热点,然而在炎症性疾病中应用的研究尚少。本文对近年来国内外利用蛋白质组学寻找炎症性肠病诊断及鉴别诊断、病情评估、治疗疗效预测以及癌变风险监测的生物学标志物研究进行概述。

At present, there are no widely recognized and used biomarkers for inflammatory bowel disease. The use of proteomic methods to find clinical markers has always been a hot spot in oncological diseases, however, the application of proteomic methods in inflammatory diseases is still rare. In this article, we summarized recent proteomic research to find biomarkers in diagnosis and differential diagnosis, activity assessment, therapeutic efficacy prediction and cancer risk monitoring of inflammatory bowel disease.
