高职会计专业1+X证书制度研究

On 1+X Certificate System of Accounting Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出启动“1+X”证书制度试点工作,该制度以促进就业创业为目的,由培养高技能人才向培养复合型高技能人才进行转变。结合高职会计专业的特点,概述了当前职业证书培训体系及现状,指出推进高职教育1+X证书制度应与国家职业证书体系等相衔接。推进1+X证书制度,需要教育部门加强指导,给学校更多自主权;高职院校要提高认识,大力精简课程,全面开放各类专业课程和培训课程,开放实训场地和实训项目,实行菜单管理,给学生更多机动时间和自主选择权;利用信息化技术推进1+X证书制度的实施等。

The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan proposes to start the pilot work of "1+X" certificate system, which aims at promoting employment and entrepreneurship and transforms from training high-skilled talents to training compound high-skilled talents. Combining with the characteristics of accounting major in higher vocational colleges, this paper summarizes the current vocational certificate training system and its status quo, and points out that the promotion of 1+X certificate system in higher vocational education should be linked with the national vocational certificate system. To promote the 1+X certificate system, it is necessary for education departments to strengthen guidance and give more autonomy to schools;higher vocational colleges should raise awareness, vigorously simplify courses, fully open all kinds of professional courses and training courses, open training sites and training projects, implement menu management, and give students more flexibility and autonomous choice rights. And the network technology should be used to promote the implementation of 1+X certificate system.
