摘要 高职校企合作生产性实训基地绩效评价体系构建对学校、企业和学生都具有重要意义。但目前实训基地绩效评价体系存在不足,主要表现为评价内容不全面、评价指标可操作性不强、评价反馈机制缺乏。为弥补这些不足,从实训基地的规划、建设、影响力、管理、相关主体评价五个方面提出绩效评价体系,一共36个具体指标,并赋予每个指标相应的权重分值。实际应用表明,该评价体系的评价内容较全面,评价指标可操作性较强,能及时进行评价和反馈,有利于对实训基地绩效进行较客观和全面的评价。 The construction of performance evaluation system for higher vocational college-enterprise cooperative production training base is of great significance to colleges, enterprises and students. However, the current performance evaluation system of the training base is insufficient, mainly because the evaluation content is not comprehensive, the evaluation index is not operational, and the evaluation feedback mechanism is lacking. In order to make up for these shortcomings, the performance evaluation system is proposed from five aspects: planning, construction, influence, management and related subject evaluation of the training base. A total of 36 specific indicators are given, and the corresponding weight points are assigned to each indicator. The practical application shows that the evaluation content of the evaluation system is more comprehensive, the evaluation index is more operable, and the evaluation and feedback can be carried out in time, which is beneficial to the objective and comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the training base.
