适应性视角下山地城市地形改造与场地设计方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对现阶段山地城市建设中存在的大挖大建、打造大尺度人工轴线等不尊重山地原始地形环境的问题,提出将适应性理论的平衡、耦合与组织思维融入山地城市场地设计,形成山地城市场地设计的适应性策略;策略从宏观层面挖填方整体平衡、中观层面台地耦合细分、微观层面建筑多元化接地3个方面,确定出在山地城市场地处理方面,要重点注意场地挖填区域划分、土方量计算、台地比例控制、边缘线划分、建筑接地的高差消化模式等具体问题;经相关案例验证策略指导的场地设计有助于形成富有山地特色的城市形态特征与空间环境;策略是符合山地城市地形特征与营建规律的场地设计方法,可完善相关规划、设计理论,指导山地城市建设实践。 In view of the problems existing in the construction of mountainous cities,such as large-scale excavation and construction,large-scale artificial axes and so on,which do not respect the original terrain environment of mountainous areas,this paper proposes adaptability theory into the site design of mountainous cities,so as to form an adaptive strategy for the site design of mountainous cities. From three aspects of the overall balance of excavation and filling at macro level,the coupling subdivision of meso-level platform and the diversified grounding of micro-level buildings,the strategy determines that in the field of site treatment in mountainous cities,attention should be paid to the division of excavation and filling areas,earthwork calculation,platform proportion control,edge line division and height difference elimination of building grounding. Relevant cases prove that the site design guided by this strategy is helpful to form the urban morphological characteristics and spatial environment with mountain characteristics. This strategy is a site design method which conforms to the topographic characteristics and construction laws of mountain cities. It can improve the relevant planning and design theory and guide the construction practice of mountain cities.
