速生桉木芯耐水型细木工板用胶的生产研究

摘要 近年单板旋切后剩余的速生桉木木芯被用于细木工板板芯生产,本文通过优化制胶工艺,试制出了高碱加入量的三聚氰胺改性脲醛胶,用其胶合制备三层桉木芯桉木细木工板时,其胶合强度高,耐水性能好。 Recently, the fast-growing Eucalyptus cores after veneer rotary cutting had been used in the production of blockboard. In this paper, melamine modified urea-formaldehyde adhesive with high alkali content had been trial-produced and was used to glued blockboard with fast-growing Eucalyptus cores. The results showed the blockboard had better bonding strength and water resistance.
