摘要
了解社区高血压患者的医疗需求是提高社区高血压管理水平的关键所在。Kano模型是识别顾客需求质量属性、提升顾客满意度的重要方法技术。从顾客需求角度出发,结合社区高血压管理特点,对基于Kano模型的社区高血压管理模式进行初步探索,为进一步完善社区高血压管理服务提供理论支持。
A comprehensive understanding of medical needs timely and accurately of community hypertension patients is the key to improve the level of community hypertension management.Kano model is an important tool to identify customer requirements and a selection standard for product and service development characteristic attribute.Based on the demands of customers and the characteristics of community hypertension management,this paper explored the construction of community hypertension management model based on Kano model,and provides theoretical support for further empirical research on the follow-up model.
