Investigation and Analysis of the Work Pressure Sources of the New Health Technical Personnel at Three-Level Grade-A Hospital

目的了解某三甲医院新进卫生专业技术人员的压力水平和主要压力源,分析原因并提出有效策略,为针对性缓解卫生专业技术人员的工作压力提供理论依据。方法 采用工作压力源量表,对某三甲医院新进卫生专技人员进行问卷调查,利用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 工作负荷、外部环境为新进卫生专技人员工作压力源较高的两大因素。工作负荷维度中,工作节奏太快、工作任务数量过大、工作没时间放松为工作压力值最高的3个因素。外部环境维度中,工作风险性大、由于工作而无法顾及家人为工作压力值最高的2个因素。其中硕士的工作负荷得分值高于博士,中级职称的外部环境得分值高于高级职称,其分值差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 卫生专技人员的工作压力总体处于较高水平,其中工作负荷、外部环境是其主要工作压力源,医院应关注新进卫生专技人员的工作压力源,从可持续发展的角度,积极寻求缓解卫生专技人员工作压力的方法和举措。

Objective To understand the pressure level and main stress sources of technical personnel at a three-level grade-A hospital,then analyze the causes and put forward to effective strategies,so as to provide theoretical basis for the study of large-data research and analysis of work stressors of medical staff in research hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the new health technical personnel at a three-level grade-A hospital using the scale on the work pressure source.SPSS software was used to analyze the data from different dimensions and different angles of the same dimension.Results The workload and external environment were the two main sources of work pressures for new health technical personnel.In the working load dimension,"work rhythm is too fast","the number of work tasks is too big","no time to relax"were the three factors of the highest value of work pressure.In the external environment dimension,"the work is risky","ignoring the family because of the heavy work"were the two highest factors of work pressure.Among them,the scores of workload of master were higher than PhD,and the results had statistical significances.The scores of external environment of intermediate title were higher than senior title,and the results had statistical significances.Conclusion The work pressure of health technical personnel are generally at a high level,and the workload and external environment are the main resources of pressure.Hospitals should pay attention to the work pressure sources of health technical personnel,and actively seek ways and measures to alleviate the work pressure of health technical personnel from the perspective of sustainable development.
