新疆昌吉市15岁及以上社区居民吸烟状况调查

Investigation on Smoking Status of Residents Aged 15 and Above in Changji,Xinjiang

目的了解昌吉市社区居民吸烟现状,为采取控烟措施提供科学依据。方法 随机选取昌吉市4个社区1100名15岁及以上居民作为调查对象,进行问卷调查。结果 调查居民总吸烟率为39.94%,其中男性为56.36%,女性为9.45%;不同性别、年龄、文化程度、月收入、职业人群吸烟率差异均有统计学意义,有51.49%的居民是在工作以后开始吸烟,平均开始吸烟年龄为21.59±7.64岁,20~25岁组开始吸烟人群所占比例最多,高达44.60%,认为标明低焦油含量卷烟的危害比一般卷烟小的仅占20.39%,知道《烟草框架控制公约》仅占4.68%。结论 昌吉市控烟工作面临巨大挑战。需要加强吸烟有害健康的深入宣传,形成有效预防机制,还应加大力度针对不同人群开展多种形式的干预措施,力求为民众创造良好的无烟环境。

Objective To learn about the current smoking status of community residents in Changji City and provide a scientific basis for taking tobacco control measures.Methods A total of 1 100 residents aged 15 and over in 4 communities in Changji City were randomly selected for questionnaire survey.Results The total smoking rate of residents was 39.94%,including 56.36%for males and 9.45%for females.The differences in smoking rates among different genders,ages,education levels,monthly income,and occupational groups were statistically significant,with 51.49%of residents started smoking after being employed.The average starting age of smoking was 21.59±7.64 years old,and the proportion of people who started smoking in the 20-25 age group was the highest,up to 44.60%.Only 20.39%of the residents considered that the harm of cigarettes with low tar content was smaller than that of general cigarettes.Only 4.68%were aware of the Tobacco Framework Control Convention.Conclusion Changji City's tobacco control work faces enormous challenges.It is necessary to strengthen the in-depth publicity of the harm of smoking,and form an effective prevention mechanism.More efforts should be made to carry out various forms of interventions for different groups of people,and strive to create a good smoke-free environment for the mass population.
