深圳市宝安区社区居民血脂异常现状及危险因素分析

Analysis on Prevalence and Risk Factors of Dyslipipemia of Community Residents in Baoan District,Shenzhen City

目的调查深圳市宝安区社区居民血脂异常患病情况,分析危险因素,为制定针对性的防控措施提供依据。方法 采用多阶段随机抽样的方法调查深圳市宝安区18~69岁居民共1237人。调查方法包括问卷调查、体格测量和血生化检测。采用描述性分析、χ^2检验及多因素Logistic回归分析方法进行统计分析。结果 深圳市宝安区社区居民的血脂异常患病率为27.40%。单因素分析显示,社区居民的血脂异常与性别、超重/肥胖、腹型肥胖、吸烟、饮酒因素存在相关。Logistic回归分析显示,男性、超重/肥胖、腹型肥胖是社区居民血脂异常的个体特征危险因素,吸烟是危险行为因素。结论 应重点关注男性、超重/肥胖、腹型肥胖等重点人群的健康教育,利用社区健康服务平台,倡导合理膳食、适量锻炼、戒烟限酒等健康行为习惯。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and analyze risk factors of dyslipidemia in community residents in Baoan District,Shenzhen,and to provide evidence for the development of targeted prevention and control measures.Methods Multi-stage random sampling method was used to investigate residents aged from18 to 69,totaling 1237 residents.The questionnaire interview,physical examination and laboratory tests were conducted.The descriptive analysis,χ^2 test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results The prevalence of dyslipidemia in community residents was 27.40%in Baoan District of Shenzhen City.Univariate analysis showed that dyslipidemia was related with gender,overweight,obesity,abdominal obesity,smoking,and drin-king.Logistic regression analysis showed that male,overweight,obesity,abdominal obesity was the risk factor for individual characteristics,and smoking was the risk behavioral factor.Conclusion Focus should be put on health education for key populations such as men,overweight,obesity,and abdominal obesity.Community health service platform should be used to advocate healthy habits such as reasonable diet,moderate exercise,smoking cessation and alcohol restriction.
