UE联合BI-RADS评分判断乳腺肿块良恶性价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察UE联合BI-RADS评分判断乳腺肿块良恶性的临床价值。方法:将2017年6月~2019年1月在我院就诊的150例乳腺肿块患者(共184个肿块)纳为研究对象,所有患者均行乳腺超声检查,并以病理检查结果为金标准,比较BI-RADS评分、UE评分、弹性应变值以及UE联合BI-RADS评分诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的SE、SP、准确度、PPV、NPV。结果:150例乳腺肿瘤患者的184个肿块病灶中共有良性病灶101个(54.89%),恶性病灶83个(45.11%);UE联合BI-RADS评分诊断的SE、SP、准确度、PPV、NPV均高于BI-RADS评分、UE评分、弹性应变值诊断(P<0.05)。结论:UE联合BI-RADS评分诊断乳腺肿块良恶性临床效果较好,可有效降低漏诊、误诊率,具有临床推广价值。
