脑瘫患儿父母家庭照顾感受质性研究的系统评价

Care feelings of parents of children with cerebral palsy at home: a systematic review of qualitative studies

目的系统整合国内外脑瘫患儿父母家庭照顾感受的质性研究,为开展家庭和社区的延续性护理提供依据。方法通过计算机检索CNKI,CBM,WangFang,VIP,Pubmed等数据库,纳入所有相关的质性研究,经筛选文献,提取资料与评价质量后进行分析。结果共纳入8篇文献,将结果进行归纳形成7个新类别,并综合成2个整合结果。整合结果一为身陷多重困境;整合结果二为渴望多方支持。结论政府及医疗保健人员应重视脑瘫患儿父母的感受,给予政策和医疗等支持,改善患儿父母的处境。

Objective To systematically review and synthesize parental care feelings in children with cerebral palsy, and provide evidence-based guidance for community and home nursing. Methods We searched databases including CNKI, CBM, WangFang, VIP, PubMed to collect qualitative studies about the family care feelings of parents of children with cerebral palsy. The results of these studies were enrolled, appraised and synthesized. Results There were a total of 8 studies that met the inclusion criteria. The results were integrated into 7 categories and refined into 2 integrated results. Integration result 1: face multiple dilemmas. Integration result 2: eager for support in many ways. Conclusion The government and health care givers should pay attention to the care feelings of parents of children with cerebral palsy and provide policy and medical support to improve the situation of parents.
