摘要
目的探讨回馈教学对主动脉球囊反搏(intra-aortic balloon pump,IABP)置入患者下肢运动依从性的影响。方法将2015年1月至2017年12月在本院住院治疗142例IABP患者,按随机数字表分为两组,其中对照组72例,采用常规方法进行下肢运动指导;观察组70例,采用回馈教学法进行下肢运动指导。结果干预后观察组患者下肢运动依从性较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者置管侧下肢循环综合指标(趾端血氧饱和度、足背动脉触诊、足背动脉多普勒超声、小腿周径、温度)较对照组优,观察组患者下肢缺血发生率较对照组少,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论回馈教学有利于提高IABP置管患者下肢运动的依从性,改善下肢循环,预防下肢缺血,是一种有效的健康教育方法。
Objective To explore the effects of feedback teaching method on the compliance of active movements of lower limbs in patients with intra-aortic balloon pumping (IABP). Methods A total of 142 patients who met the inclusion criteria from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomized into two groups. Conventional teaching was applied to guide the movements of the lower extremities. Lower limbs movements of these patients were guided by feedback teaching method. Results The compliance of active movements of the lower limbs was significantly improved after intervention (P<0.05). The comprehensive indexes of the lower limbs with indwelling tubes in the observation group, including SpO2, palpation of the dorsal foot artery, dorsal foot artery Doppler ultrasound, calf circumference, and temperature differences, were statistically improved compared with in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The feedback teaching method is an effective health education one, with contribution to the compliance of active lower-limb movements of the patients with IABP, improvement on lower limb circulation, and prevention against lower-limb ischemia.
