国内护理伦理困境及其决策研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of studies on nursing ethical dilemmas and decision-making

目的应用文献计量学方法分析国内护理伦理困境及其决策研究现状及存在问题,为今后该领域的研究提供参考。方法在中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文生物医学期刊数据库(VIP)、中国知网、万方数据库中进行检索,收集自建库至2018年5月公开发表的有关国内护理伦理困境及其决策的研究文献,对文献的年度变化、地区分布、期刊分布以及研究内容等进行分析。结果共检索出282篇文献,发文量从2002年开始呈上升趋势,研究主要以经验总结、综述和调查分析为主,质性研究和随机对照试验研究较少;当前研究热点为护理伦理困境和决策水平及其影响因素等;基金资助的研究较少,发文地区和研究内容分布不平衡。结论国内护理伦理困境及其决策处于发展阶段,但存在发文地区和研究内容分布不平衡,研究较为分散和浅显,缺乏持续性及学科协作性。需开展高质量实证研究,结合我国文化背景和医疗环境,开展更系统、更深入的研究,健全护理伦理相关制度,以提高护士护理伦理决策水平。

Objective TTo analyze the problems in nursing ethical dilemma and decision-making bibliometrically so as to provide reference for further research. Methods We retrieved the published papers on nursing ethical dilemma and decision-making published before May 2018 through CBM, CQVIP, CNKI and Wanfang databases, analyzed them in view of annual publication volume, regional distribution, journal distribution, and research content. Results A total of 282 articles were retrieved out, the number of articles had increased since 2002, and the research content mainly included summary of personal experience, literature review and investigations with few qualitative research and randomized controlled trials. The research, scarcely funded, covered such hot topics as investigation of nursing ethical dilemmas and decision-making. The distributions of authors' regions and research contents were uneven. Conclusion The researches of nursing ethical dilemmas and its decision-making are still in the stage of development in our country, current regional distribution and research contents are unbalanced, related researches were relatively dispersed, shallow, lack of continuity and collaboration. To improve the nursing ethical decision-making level of nurses, the breadth and depth of the overall study need to be strengthened, and both qualitative research and experimental research based on China's cultural background and medical environment are needed.
