横断面研究护理论文评价要点构建

Development of key points for evaluation of cross-sectional studies relevant to nursing

目的构建横断面研究护理论文评价要点,以期为该类研究的护理论文评价提供参考。方法在参考以往国内外医学论文报告规范及护理研究论文评价基础上,并考虑国内护理研究的现状,经征询相关流行病学、统计学、医学与护理学学术期刊编审专家,从“专业、统计学、规范性”三方面并结合横断面研究“研究设计特征”制订了“横断面研究护理论文评价要点”。结果评价要点依据护理论文的规范结构从信息点:文题、署名、摘要、基金资助、参考文献;信息主体正文(前言、资料方法、结果、讨论、结论)及其他(图表、缩写词、数据和统计量描述)等提出评价项目(包括32个评价条目与76条细化的评价内容)。结论本评价要点可用于指导研究者清晰、完整地报告研究的整个过程;读者可依据其进行文献的评阅、核查;在编者、审者中也可借鉴此思路对审稿意见逐条进行取舍整合,使文章的编辑更完整与富有条理。

Objective To develop and illustrate the key points for evaluation of cross-sectional studies relevant to nursing. Methods The study was conducted on the basis of reviewing of domestic and foreign medical and nursing papers, with the domestic nursing research condition taken into consideration. We referred to the professional advices of epidemiologists, statisticians, and staff of medical and nursing journals, combined with the characteristics of the design of cross-sectional study, and came up with the Key Points for Evaluation of Cross-sectional Studies Relevant to Nursing (KINETIN) to standardize the three aspects of specialty, statistics and normalization in cross sectional studies. Results The key points were arranged according to the normal structures of nursing papers, and were put forward evaluation items for informative points, including title, authorship, summary, funding and references, main body, including background, methods, results, discussion and conclusion, and other contents, such as figures, abbreviations, statistics, and legends. The whole evaluation system comprised of 32 points with 76 detailed items. Conclusion These items could be conducive to the standardized reporting of cross-sectional studies for researchers in nursing, helpful for readers to review papers accordingly, and useful for editors and reviewers to make comments on the quality of relevant studies.
