高校本科生转专业问题与对策研究

Study of Problems and Countermeasures for Changing Majors in Colleges and Universities

随着高校学分制的改革,很多高校制定了转专业政策,为学生专业发展提供更多自主选择路径。本文从就业前景、专业兴趣和学习环境三个方面分析了高校本科生转专业的动因,并且从学业、环境和社会现象等方面分析了高校本科生转专业后可能面临的隐患。为了规范高校本科生转专业工作,以南京某理工科大学为例,阐述了高校本科生转专业工作的流程,并分析了转专业工作中遇到的一些问题,并且在这些问题的基础上,提出了应对问题的措施与对策。

With the reform of the credit system,many colleges and universities have formulated the policy of changing majors,which provides students with more independent choices for their professional development.This paper aims to analyze the reasons why undergraduates change majors by focusing on three aspects:employment outlook, professional interests and learning environment.Also it wants to study the potential risks from the perspectives of academic,environmental and social phenomenon.With the purpose of regulating the work of changing majors for undergraduates in colleges and universities,this paper,exampled by a certain university of science and engineering in Nanjing,introduces in details the policy and related works of changing majors for undergraduates,analyzes some challenges encountered,and proposes corresponding methods and countermeasures.
