基于混沌理论的医学院素质教育管理实践探析

Discussion on Quality Education Management in Medical Colleges Based on Chaos Theory

新形势下的文化思潮逐渐呈现多元性和广泛性,医学院人文教育管理环境日益复杂,传统管理方式已无法适应处于混沌状态的医学院人文素质教育管理环境。根据当今时代环境,本文提出基于混沌理论的新时期医学院人文素质教育管理建设创新改革,将混沌理论的思维方式运用于人文素质教育管理。

Under the new situation of the cultural trend gradually varied and extensive environment,and environmental management medical humanities education is increasingly complex.The traditional management mode has been unable to adapt to the environment in the management of the chaotic state of the medical humanities education.According to today's era,this paper put forward creative innovation of management construction of humanistic quality education in medicine school in the new period based on chaos theory,applying mode of thinking of chaos theory to management of humanistic quality education.
