The Construction of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practical Platform for Pharmaceutical Talents Based on ERP

目的:通过分析药学人才培养的特点,对药学人才创新创业实训平台进行深入研究。方法:基于ERP理论,对现有药学人才创新创业实训平台进行分析。结果:基于ERP的药学人才创新创业实训平台的培训学习,能够为学生提供一个机会,学习了解医药企业的运行模式,学会如何沟通、计划、控制和调整。结论:开展创新创业教育对于高校毕业生适应复杂多变的经济环境,面对严峻的就业形势有着非常重要的作用。

Objective:By analyzing the characteristics of pharmaceutical talents cultivation,the innovation and entrepreneurship practical training platform for pharmaceutical talents is studied.Method:Analyzing the existing innovation and entrepreneurship practical platform for pharmaceutical talents based on the theory of ERP.Results:The innovation and entrepreneurship practical training platform for pharmaceutical talents based on ERP can provide an opportunity for students to learn about the running mode of pharmaceutical companies and to learn howto communicate, plan,control and adjustment.Conclusion:Developping innovative and entrepreneurship education plays a very important role for college graduates in adapting to the complex and changeable economic environment and facing the grim employment situation.
