摘要
高职院校技术类的专业大多以校企合作、工学结合等方式着重培养专业性技术性人才,师徒制的人才培养模式是提升学生高技能的重要途径。文章主要以口腔医学技术专业为例,通过学校与企业深度对接,校企合作,共同探讨师徒制顶岗实习管理模式。
Most technical majors in higher vocational colleges focus on training professional and technical talents by means of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination,and the teacher-apprenticeship training mode is an important way to improve the quality of students'skills.This article mainly takes stomatology technical specialty as an example,through the deep docking between the school and the enterprise,the cooperation between the school and the enterprise to explore the teaching mode of post practice of the tutorial system.
