摘要
为适应工程专业认证和对学生能力培养的要求,本文提出利用带薪实习中考核机制的变化与丰富的实习内容以达到生产实习应支撑的毕业要求,给出知识培训和参观实习相结合、岗位实习和项目研讨相结合、预先动员和总结答辩相结合的生产实习改革对策。
To meet the requirements of engineering professional certification and student competence development,the thesis puts forward to use the change of the examination mechanism and the rich content of the paid internship to finish the graduation requirements that should be supported by the production internship,also gives the internship reform countermeasure that includes the combination of knowledge training and Visiting,job internship and project research,Mobilization and summary defence.
