摘要
实施本科生导师制旨在提升学生的综合素质,提高本科生的培养质量。本文通过本科生导师制在同济大学建筑与城市规划学院的实践,对本科生导师制在实行过程中存在的问题进行了归纳分析,并提出了对策和建议,旨在为本科生导师制在国内高校的实施和完善提供有益的参考。
The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system aims at improving the comprehensive quality of students and improving the quality of undergraduate education.Through the practice of undergraduate tutorial system in College of Architecture and Urban Planning,Tongji University,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.It aims at providing beneficial reference for the implementation and improvement of undergraduate tutorial systemin domestic universities.
