浅析国内高校高层次人才引进工作中的主要矛盾 被引量:2

摘要 在当前“双一流”建设背景下,高层次人才成为高校之间竞相追逐的重要资源,如何在日趋激烈的人才竞争中取得一席之地,有效推动高校综合实力及学科水平跃升,成为高校管理者必须深入思考的课题。本文立足国际、国内高层次人才流动的大背景,阐释了当前国内高校高层次人才引进工作存在的四类突出矛盾,重点对其中的主要矛盾进行剖析,并提出相应的破解方法和途径。 Under the current background of "Double First-Class" initiative construction,high-level talents have become an important resource that colleges and universities are competing for.How to gain a place in the increasingly fierce competition for talents and effectively promote the comprehensive strength and discipline level of colleges and universities has become a subject that college administrators must think deeply about.Based on the background of international and domestic high-level talent flow,this paper explains four kinds of outstanding contradictions existing in the current domestic high-level talent introduction work in colleges and universities,analyzes the main contradictions, and puts forward corresponding solutions and approaches.
