摘要
食品科学与工程专业全英语核心课程群建设主要依据食品化学、食品营养学和食品工程原理3门课程构建之间的逻辑框架图及其对本专业其他课程的作用和影响,教学方法基于布鲁姆教育理论和BOPPPS方法论等,引导学生从浅层学习向深层次学习转换,这些对推动其他相关专业课程的全英语课程建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
The core curriculum in teaching students in English for food science and engineering focuses on the logical framework among the three courses of food chemistry,food nutrition and food engineering principles and their impact on other courses in the specialty.The teaching method is based on Bloom's educational theory and BOPPPS methodology,and guides students to learn from simple learning to deep learning.It has important reference significance for promoting the construction of all-English courses for other related professional courses.
