摘要 为了减少船舶驾驶人员使用自动舵设备航行时引发的事故,并且方便船舶相关人员查看相关故障信息。以VisualBasic为编程语言,采用双CAN总线通信、串口通信,设计能实时监控自动舵信息并提供报警信息的系统,并详细说明该系统的构架、功能、信息传输接口和界面设计。以某段航线为例,在该系统上进行仿真测试,结果表明,该系统能实时并且正确地显示航行信息,对超出安全阈值的信息能及时产生报警并且存入数据库。该系统对减少船舶航行事故有很大帮助,对整体自动舵的安全使用很有意义。 In order to reduce the accidents caused by the use of autopilot equipment when the ship-drivers operate it on the voyage and facilitate the ship′s relevant personnel to view the relevant fault information,a real-time autopilot monitoring and alarming system is designed and implemented.In the system,Visual Basic is taken as its programming language,and dual CAN bus communication and serial communication are used as its information transfer mode.In this paper,the system architec-ture,function,information transmission interface and interface design are described in detail.Taking a certain section of ship route as an example,the simulation test was carried out with the system.The results show that the system can display the naviga-tion information correctly in real time,and generate an alarm in time when the information exceeding the safety threshold and the information would be stored in the database.The system is greatly helpful to reduce ship navigation accidents and is of great significance for the safe use of the integral autopilot.
