基于社会需求视角下拔尖金融人才培养的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Cultivation of Top Financial Talents from the Perspective of Social Demand

随着全球金融发展逐步进入新时期,人工智能、大数据、区块链等的应用正推动金融朝着科技化、智能化、高层次方向迈进,对拔尖金融人才的培养也不断提出新的要求。文章以产业集聚、经济发达的江浙沪地区为例,通过对当地高校及企业的调查走访,对金融人才的供需端进行分析,并在此基础上提出完善我国拔尖金融人才培养的建议。

With the global financial development gradually entering a new era,the application of artificial intelligence,big data,block chain and so on is pushing the finance towards the direction of science and technology, intelligence and high level.The training of top financial talents is also constantly put forward new requirements.Taking Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai as an example,this paper analyzes the supply and demand of financial talents through the investigation and visit of local universities and enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the cultivation of top financial talents in China.
