国外高校创新人才培养经验分析及中国特色创意阶层发展

An Analysis of the Experience of Cultivating Innovative Talents in Foreign Universities and the Development of Creative Classes with Chinese Characteristics

创意阶层是我国重要的科技创新人才群体,而高校在培养创新创意人才、发展创意阶层队伍过程中具有关键作用。培养中国特色创意阶层需要借鉴国外先进经验,在以创新创意为核心价值观和能力培养的教学理念指引下进行各项教学活动。文章随后针对当前教学中的问题和不足提出了改进措施和方案。

The creative class is an important group of scientific and technological innovative talents in China,and universities play a key role in the process of cultivating innovative talents and developing the creative class.To cultivate the creative class with Chinese characteristics,we need to draw on the advanced experience of foreign countries and carry out various teaching activities under the guidance of the teaching philosophy with innovation and creativity as the core value.The improvement measures and programs are then put forward in the light of the current problems and shortcomings in teaching.
