高校学院辅导员与公寓辅导员同向同行育人的问题及对策——以青岛滨海学院为例

The Problems and Countermeasures of College Counselors and Apartment Counselors to Educate People with the Same Trade——Taking Qingdao Binhai University as an Example

高校学院辅导员与公寓辅导员同向同行协同育人,就是要在学生管理中坚持协同管理,共同推进立德树人。在实际的协同育人过程中,存在群体素质参差不齐、思想政治理念薄弱、配合不密切、协同育人的考核和评价标准缺乏等问题。这就需要进一步提升思想政治素质和业务能力,学校层面要构建学院辅导员与公寓辅导员协同合作的育人平台,健全制度保障和评价体系,不断拓宽同向同行的路径,形成协同效应,提升育人实效。

College counselors and apartment counselors work together to educate people,that is,to insist on cooperative management in student management,to jointly promote the establishment of moral education.However,in the process of collaborative education,there are some problems,such as uneven quality of groups,weak ideological and political idea,not close cooperation,lack of evaluation criteria and so on.This need to further improve the ideological and political quality and professional ability,school level to build college counselors and apartment counselors to cooperate with the education platform,improve the system of security and evaluation system,constantly expand the path of the same direction.Forma synergistic effect to improve the effectiveness of educating people.
