摘要 高校对教师人才的培养必须突破传统教育模式的局限,结合真实课堂的需要,从理论素养、文化素养、教学培训、实践锻炼等综合素质方面针对性地提高师范生作为教师的职业素质,加强对思想政治理论、学科知识、教育学心理学知识的掌握,熟悉课堂教学,培养课堂驾驭能力,获取职业认可,更好地满足教书育人的需要。 The cultivation of teachers' talent in colleges and universities must break through the limitations of the traditional education model.Combined with the needs of real classrooms,the professional qualities of teacher-training students as teachers should be specifically improved in terms of theoretical literacy,cultural quality,teaching and training, practical training,and comprehensive quality.To master ideological and political theory,subject knowledge,and pedagogic psychology knowledge,to be familiar with classroom teaching,to develop classroom driving skills,to gain professional recognition,and to better meet the needs of teaching and educating people.
