The cultivation of teachers' talent in colleges and universities must break through the limitations of the traditional education model.Combined with the needs of real classrooms,the professional qualities of teacher-training students as teachers should be specifically improved in terms of theoretical literacy,cultural quality,teaching and training, practical training,and comprehensive quality.To master ideological and political theory,subject knowledge,and pedagogic psychology knowledge,to be familiar with classroom teaching,to develop classroom driving skills,to gain professional recognition,and to better meet the needs of teaching and educating people.
